About Us
Trailmate is creating the first AI-native teammate for law firms, transforming the way attorneys manage client intake, discovery, and case workflows.
We’re looking for a Founding Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to own our messaging, positioning, and storytelling. You’ll help craft a new category at the intersection of AI + legaltech, making it clear, compelling, and differentiated in a crowded market.
What You’ll Do
- Define and own Trailmate’s messaging and positioning across website, sales decks, and campaigns.
- Partner with sales and success to create collateral (case studies, one-pagers, demo scripts, objection handling).
- Drive product launches—turn features into narratives that resonate with plaintiff-side law firms.
- Build our content engine: blog, webinars, thought leadership, and customer stories.
- Conduct competitive/market research to refine differentiation.
- Collaborate with the founder on category creation (we’re not “just” a client portal).
- Shape demand gen strategy with growth marketing—content, events, and campaigns that fill pipeline.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–7 years in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company (bonus: legaltech, AI, or professional services).
- Proven ability to turn complex products into clear, compelling narratives.
- Experience supporting sales with collateral, competitive insights, and training.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills—you know how to make prospects care.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable owning PMM solo at first, building from zero to one.
- Passion for startups, AI, and shaping new categories.
